My friend Daniel saw that I had a major problem with my personal laptop, his professional prowess in fixing computers came in handy since he was one call away. I was very appreciative that having a friend that professionally worked with fixing such devices was willing to take the time out of his ENTIRE afternoon and help me fix my problem. The problem that occurred was that I was stuck in a boot loop, making my computer impossible to use. My friend Daniel helped me with my pc and not only did he solve my issue but help me find a new CPU. If anyone ever needs help with any technology issues he's the man to go to. And he's also really friendly and really easy to talk to and very understanding!
Exact IT is our current IT provider at my place of business. They are timely with their solutions and are extremally easy to work with. Jacob recently helped us solve an issue and when he could not fix the issue on his end, he ensured to make time to come out to our business to solve the issue. They are also good about following up on your issues until they know the issue has been fully resolved. Thanks Jacob!
