Did a breathwork class tonight with Brittney and she is so amazing and kind ! I never felt more relaxed in my life . The Epicenter-Indy is so inviting and a clean space to really find healing !

We are new to Indy, and I couldn't wait to go to this cute space. Joined a Friday night soundbath and it was amazing. Meg was so friendly and helpful. They offered antigravity chairs for those who didn't want to lay on the floor. and plenty of cushion options for laying down as well as blankets. In general I only found it a bit dark on the street while finding the place and wasn't even quite sure I was in the correct place til I walked up in front of the door.

I've been going to Meg for a few years now. Not only is she incredibly sweet and kind, she's amazing at what she does. She seems to know exactly what my body needs! Can't recommend her enough!
