We recently completed a multi-room home renovation project with Emergent and would definitely recommend them to others considering the same. We found Emergent to be approachable, flexible, and organized, which really helped us get comfortable with a major project. They listened to our input, were quick to let us know about any snags that needed to be addressed, and kept things moving. We have friends who had a similar overlapping project with another local builder, and our experience was substantially better - our house was completed in less time, the communication was much more frequent, and at the end required less punch out work.

Here's something that is rarely said about a home remodeling project, 'We loved every part of it.'Emergent made it easy. From our first meeting to our final walk through every step of the way was choreographed, made simple, transparent, and enjoyable for us.Our interactions with Joel, Matt, and our project manager Adam were timely and helpful. Super pleased with Emergent's process and craftsmanship building our detached garage in 2022. The work was top notch and communication was strong (a rare combo). The challenge was to match the construction style of our home (built 10 years ago), and they delivered. I highly recommend Emergent Construction for your next project!
