We used Carlisle Plumbing in the past to replace our main shutoff valve and we didn't hesitate to call them back when we had water backing up in our basement this year. Arlin put us at ease, answered all of our questions, and did an amazing job of finding and diagnosing the problem and getting roots and a blockage cleared out of our main sewer line. We had another company come out. They had a young tech that was very pleasant. However, he did not recognize a particular pipe we had. And since this was the case. He quoted that we would have to replace all of that pipe. This meant down through the basement, from the 1st floor. This also meant A LOT of money! We then had Carlisle Plumbing come out. Also a very pleasant tech. But experience was definitely the added factor here. He was done with the job within 30 minutes. No "unfamiliar" pipe needing replaced.
