I live in Greenwood, IN and contacted Border Magic on a Tuesday morning. By 6pm, Jim Ault was at my house with samples and a smile. He might've been the nicest gentleman I've ever met! He was very considerate, but also straightforward about what his company was able to accomplish for me. He listened to my ideas and gave input only when I asked.
