Great staff and especially the two women that handled the check-in in.
The nurses and doctors were all nice and very knowledgeable. Everyone, I interacted with on that day.
The kindness of the staff and how they treated, Sammie to make him feel comfortable.
Our boy was running along the fence, popped his hip out of socket. Immediately knew what happened ( did his other hip 14 months prior) they took him back, did test and x-rays. He needed surgery and they got him in a few hours later. Couldn't be happier. They were very caring and understanding and explained everything. My mind was at ease. 10 out of 10 recommend.
My GS Hana was forcing up phlegm. Called EVVC of highland and explained the situation. Was initially told of a wait time however I could bring Hana in to check her vitals. I brought Hana in and they took vitals and X-rays and it turned out Hana’s stomach twisted. She was operated on successfully and after a day was able to return home. They were all professional and caring.
