I have been going to Viable Roots every month for the last 4 months and it really has helped with my self care. I am more rested have less inflamation in my body. Both Emily's are very knowledgeable and helpful with what services will best help me in my health journey.
I absolutely love Viable Roots Wellness Center! The space is so cozy, calming, and relaxing the moment you walk in — it truly feels like a sanctuary away from everyday stress. Emily, the owner, is incredibly personable, warm, and welcoming. She genuinely takes the time to understand what’s going on with your body so she can help you feel your best, rather than just giving a “one-size-fits-all” approach. I have been seeing her for a long time, and she is truly amazing at what she does. You can tell how much she cares about her clients and their well-being.

Every massage is a wonderful treat. The atmosphere is calming and invites peace. Emily is a true professional and has helped so much with my arthritis pain. I can’t say enough good things about my Viable Roots experiences.
