Everyone at the studio is so kind and helpful! The classes are amazing and have helped me gain strength while practicing mindfulness. It’s a win win! I’m so happy I joined a few months ago!
I don't even know where to start. I am so thankful I used my free week on my CG card to now be signed up with a membership. You walk in knowing you are going to feel so good during and as you leave. EVERY SINGLE interaction is always so positive, and the staff is more than pleasant! I would recommend this studio to anyone. Excited for my continued journey in 2024.
I LOVE this studio. I started my yoga journey with Studio You about a year ago. From the moment I walked into their studio, I felt welcome. The instructors are wonderful, personable, and FUN! Studio You really does feel like a community. There is something for every level of practitioner and the number of classes offered each and every day is amazing. Additionally, they are VERY affordable. In addition to classes, they have so many special events (goat yoga, yoga w/wine at Mallow Run, sound baths... so many!!!!).
