We had a really bad experience at the Greenwood location. The guy working there (I wish I caught his name) was extremely rude and not helpful at all!! This is our first year with a pool and so we had questions about winterizing, etc. We had already booked the service but had questions about if we needed certain supplies in advance. He didn’t seem to want to help and was rude from the start. When we left, without getting answers, my husband commented to me as we were walking out the door that “he was done with that guy”. That guy had been following us out the door and asked what he said. My husband told him and said that he didn’t show good customer service.... read full review

We hired this company to open our pool for the season. I had questions about what they did during the opening since I am a new pool owner and it didn't appear they did anything. I repeatedly asked to have a conversation with me so I could get a better understanding, they refused to speak with me. During the 15+ email exchanges, I wrote that I am looking for a long term relationship and I would appreciate it if someone would help me understand some things. Their response was that I could take a class for new pool owners for a $250 charge. They would not tell me what elements of, "opening the pool," were actually accomplished, instead they repeatedly resent... read full review

The absolute worst customer service we have ever experienced. They repaired a busted pipe meaning concrete had to be redone. They hired a sloppy, cheap subcontractor who "forgot" to put in the rebar wiring and bonding after first pour. No bonding could have caused SHOCK/DEATH. After second pour, they used BLACK Stain when the rest of our concrete is grey and also got stain on our pool cover. Any customer would have been frustrated with that type of service and instead of correcting it they stated it was in their best interest to just refund our money. So now we are stuck with a crap piece of concrete and stain on our pool cover and will now have to spend more... read full review
