I take my son here and he loves one of the girls I wish I could remember her name but she’s always talkative and makes him relax during the haircut. She always asks his opinion, if he wants his hair spiked up in a fun way, if wants the hair dryer on his neck (because he hates the hair on his neck and why he doesn’t like haircuts), and if they have any suckers/stickers if he wants one. I really appreciate her especially when I’ve gone to other employees there and they do not show the same customer service experience.

Asked for an inch off.... she cut over three inches.. it will grow, but I am not amused. Stylist specifically asked if I like to put my hair up often..I replied yes and my long hair is now too short to put up... and is above my shoulders.. I very clearly stated I wanted it below shoulder length.

They have a couple of stylists that do an amazing job here. My complaint is, I really wish they would answer the phone. With gas prices so high, I don't want to have to drive across town and then some to see of my stylist is working. I have called several times on different days and never an answer.
