My experience with her has not been what other individuals have stated, as I have always found her to be responsive and the videos she produces of the work they have done on my taxes are always helpful. This is the best place to get your taxes done! Melinda is very willing to help you understand your taxes! If you want to do everything online, they now upload recordings to your portal, explaining the tax return. It's so convenient to do everything in the convenience of your own home!
