I have found Matt Hogarth from Higher Ground to be a very knowledgeable and helpful arborist. His recommendations have worked and extended the life and beauty of some of our trees that were struggling.

I appreciated being escorted safely around the equipment to the street so I could get to my car.I also appreciated the fact that Matt checked out a hole in our tree to confirm if anything was residing inside.The ground was cleaned up nicely.

Higher Ground Tree Care was the 2nd quote I received last Fall of 2023 and was much, much lower than the first - so I chose them to remove a large red oak next to my house and raised the canopy on three other trees. Once February arrived this year with the warmer weather, the service crew showed up early morning and within 4 hours had tree and all branches removed. Stump was removed and yard was clean as they started. Great people to work with = affordable tree removal and would recommend them to friends and family.
