I love the design of my home. It’s beautiful but they definitely used cheap materials to built it. So many things had to be fixed… plus one year and a month , my water heater dead. The plumber said it was a faulty water heater. Today, the frame around the attic entry fell from the ceiling. I never look in there but you can see they didn’t nail it to the ceiling correctly. If that would have fallen on my grandson, well I can’t say what would have happened.
They need to step up in their building skills..

As a dealer, we’ve had a great experience working with Cavco Goshen. Their modular and manufactured homes are built solid, and the quality shows throughout. They’ve done a nice job balancing durability, design, and value, which isn’t always easy in this space. It’s a product we feel confident standing behind and offering to our customers.

Review is based on a custom 1680sq ft modular. We chose commodore because of the option to design our own floorplan. Overall unimpressed with the build quality. Nearly every receptacle is crooked. Light switches installed upside down or wired to random switches that dont make sense. Every sink bowl leaked, I had to tighten them. No walls are painted, just cheap primer. Half of the doors are misaligned and needed fixed. Door knobs are garbage. 2 months have passed and im still waiting on replacement for every single cabinet door. We chose modular for convenience ( lived 3 hours away out of state). Prices for custom stick builders and modular were nearly identical for us.
