My home is a year old now ganna say every thing is crocked sinks lights plugs I thought modular meant better then a trailer and thicker walls no its all bs I thought this was kinda my dream home no its not if I get a chance at a knew one soon it will not be threw u all o and breakers pop hell my smoke alarms were going off 3 in moring dnt know why

Do NOT purchase your home through this company. We bought our home in 2020 and have had all sorts of problems. The crew that was sent to finish our siding did a terrible job and it is hanging off our house on one side. The crew that was sent to replace a window that wasn’t working properly did a terrible job installing it and left it with the trim all beat up, didn’t fix the paint, slipped up the trim with a little nail filler. They did a terrible job with the nail filler throughout the home. Our electrical scares me. Our outlets trip regularly, and I am concerned that they did not wire it up to code. Horrible company!! Don't purchase a home from them. They are built to not last! I had staples coming through my flooring after 2 years, have been in my house for only 14 years n my roof is leaking now in multiple spots, don't finance because the house will not last though the end of your mortgage!!
