I have been afraid of the dentist for years and had horrible experiences and therefore anxiety about going. Going here they took their time to get to know me checked in as they did work and we're kind gentle and patient. For the first time in my life I'm not scared to get work don't because I know the team cares and will listen to me and my needs/concerns. This place is a real game changer for me.

We moved to Franklin and I was looking for a local dentist. I called a few dental offices in Franklin before contacting Dr. Richardson’s office. From the minute his office staff answered the phone, I knew I had found my dentist. They were kind, unhurried and answered all my questions. Their care goes above and beyond! A year or so after I was an established patient, I broke a tooth off at the gum line on a Friday evening. Dr. Richardson, and his sweet wife, met me at their office to take care of me that night!! I haven't enjoyed going to the dentist in years; I have been very fearful of going. But the staff here are extremely friendly and professional. They take time to make you feel comfortable.
