I rushed into the store tonight because I had Jolie showerhead concerns and Tori was a pleasure. She helped me with all of my concerns and more!! I’m very thankful that she was so polite and willing to help me WITH GRACE at the end of her shift. Thanks Tori girl :)

I had placed an online order and received someone else’s package, so I took it into the store to correct it. The sales associates there were so helpful! One of the girls called customer service for me to get it resolved, and I was able to grab what I should have received there in store. It was the best customer service I’ve had in a while.

Shout out to Alexia who helped me shop for a DoorDash order when I was struggling with major sensory issues and was overwhelmed. She helped me find what I needed quickly and was very understanding. Thank you for such amazing customer service and overall kindness.
