Absolutely terrible service. Never should anyone have to wait for almost 3 hours to get a physical and drug screen. Front desk receptionists were to busy talking to each other about non work related things to even have their list of people in the order they come in to be a priority. I walked in with 6 people in the lobby, all 6 left and 10 more people came in and they ALL were seen before anyone said anything to me for 3 straight hours. By far the worst redimed experience I have ever been apart of.

Worst place I have ever been at staff can't do the computer program. Couldn't run my card as credit because their system was down and even asked for my personal pin for my card even though that's private information. Told me I had to get cash or reschedule. Bunch of idiots. Do not come here.

This REDIMED is completely disrespectful of people and their time! My daughter went to this location for a simple drug screen for an employer and they kept her there from 12 pm to 7pm! There is not an acceptable excuse for this other than the people working today being rude and petty. If you want to be treated with respect do NOT go to this location. DO BETTER LADIES. It could be you or your child dealing with people like you some day!
