When I turned fifty-four last year, I struggled with my identity. My children were now living their own lives, and my career in the medical field left me feeling drained and unfulfilled. I was experiencing anxiety, chronic stress, insomnia, and gut issues. So, I decided to schedule an Ayurvedic consultation with Dani, which changed my life! As a Pita/Vata Dosha, I learned how to make better food choices to improve my gut symptoms. I have been going here for a few years now for deep tissue massage and it is the best I’ve ever had…consistently! Great environment, incredible energy at Prayna and the best people! Can’t recommend it highly enough.
