During an incredibly tumultuous time they provided outstanding customer service to my family. They were very transparent and kind, responsive as well throughout the entire process. I'm so glad I chose them.
After learning my 45 year old husband had pancreatic cancer, we contacted Highland Park where Stephanie helped us pre-plan our services. She was outstanding! It was so helpful to make decisions together so that after his passing, I felt comfort in knowing he was happy with our decisions. The funeral director we worked with at Hockemeyer Miller FH, Andrew, was amazing in helping me with the obituary and getting the viewing/service scheduled. The staff at HMFH went out of their way to make sure I was okay, asking often if there was anything they could do. I couldn’t have been more pleased during this stressful time. They were so helpful!
I really appreciate the HONESTY, professionalism and caring that we received from Hockemeyer-miller! The Funeral director (Reggie) and the entire staff were incredibly supportive and unbelievable throughout our very challenging time while grieving and trying to grasp the reality of our loss and situation. While I pray and hope that it'll be a very long time before needing their service again, I would definitely use them again and I'd recommend them to everyone if they're in need. Sincerely, Willie C
