9Round isn't just a gym. It's an experience. I walked in, intimidated, knowing that someone like me didn't belong there. I have degenerative bone disease and, as a result, have had many surgeries. I was greeted with a warm smile. I was asked immediately if there were any issues I had and given alternative workouts. As my body started to change I noticed my mental health was changing as well. The system in place sets you up for success at whatever level you are capable of. 9Round has become an intrinsic cornerstone to my foundation. The personal texts and the constant and compassionate care given by the trainers are amazing. I love being part of the 9Round family!

For me finally being apart of 9rounds it has been truly amazing! I am so thankful for Sierra for introducing me to 9rounds! She is such a great person, she’s very inspirational and helps motivate you to your goals! I am glad that I decided to become a member because now I can truly work on what I need too with the help of 9round trainers! The trainers are so amazing they are so great! I have experienced being able to get trained by Taylor, Zander and Sierra. And they are amazing! They help motivate you and keep you going as well! ☺️! I’m so glad to be apart of the 9round family!!! ????☺️☺️☺️

Best 30 minutes of my day! Trainers are encouraging and keep me motivated. The gym and equipment are always clean and in great shape.It’s always convenient to work out because there are no class times and you can jump into a workout whenever you arrive because each round is only 3 minutes.I kickboxed for 8 months of my pregnancy which led to an easy recovery from my c-section!
