On June 1st I had a sewer backup in the basement of my home I called Service Master and Darrell from Service Master showed up right away, he was very pleasant and easy to deal with! Dishwasher malfunction caused water damage to flooring and baseboard area of several rooms. ServiceMaster team arrived quickly. Darrell Pilcher explained exactly what and how he would resolve the situation. He and his crew cleaned up standing water, removed damaged flooring and baseboards & more. they then immediately began drying procedure. The crew was very prompt, competent, professional and courteous. I highly recommend them.
