Polite service. This process worked very well on my cotton blend carpets. They look great. No chemical odor or anything. Very fresh.

We had carpets cleaned after potty training our new puppy was complete. A couple years ago we did the same and the company we used at that time left very distinct pet urine odor in the carpet the next day. They told me to use a carpet deodorizer, which I had been doing on my own anyway. After Bobby and Steve left, the carpets looked and smelled brand new. All the odor is gone! Bobby and his right hand man were professional down to earth good people! Took extra care when moving furniture etc. all the little things that count, which is hard to fund these days.
