Kristen was absolutely wonderful. I sit in a chair all day and she took all of the tension out of my neck and back. She also helped me release some of the carpal tunnel issues I have and told me how she did it. She gave me tips on how to stretch my back. I was completely relaxed when I left and she was very attune to what I needed while I was there! 10/10 I would recommend her and Bodyworks.
I've been to Bodyworks a dozen times over the years, and I've always had a great massage, no matter who the therapist is. You have to book ahead usually, but it's worth the wait. I've found that most other places that have more immediate openings often don't have the same peaceful ambiance.
My wife and I got a couples massage with massage therapists Cheyenne and Autumn.
I could not recommend more, super professional and relaxing.
Also great excellent value for the price
