I was dealing with chronic back pain and frequent, intense flare-ups that made everyday tasks like walking or using my hands and arms above my head quite difficult if not impossible. Plus, my active outdoor lifestyle was practically out of the question.

My first visit was quite impressive, with a noticeable improvement. In just a few weeks, I was back to doing most of the things I love with less pain. The team continues to be incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and supportive through my treatment journey.

I have struggled with ankle sprains on and off for the past 20 years. I grew really frustrated when I sprained both of my ankles within the last year. I wanted to find a way to strengthen the ankles in a way that prevented future sprains. I am so glad my doctor recommended Formed Physical Therapy!
