Southshore Family Dentistry

I haven’t been to the dentist in 7 years because I kept putting it off. My first appointment, Pam and Dr. Darling went over everything that I needed. I went to schedule my next appointment for my first deep cleaning and the scheduling was pretty far out. Pam came to the front desk and made it work to get me started that same day! Pam is amazing! She was so nice and comforting. My second visit was for a filling. I was with Colleen and she was also so sweet and helpful. She mentioned that it would be great if I could get my second half deep cleaned while I was already numbed for the filling. I always have a great experience at Southshore dentistry. The dental hygienist is very professional and has great attention to detail. The facility is very clean, and the dentist Dr. Darling is knowledgeable and able to answer all my concerns and questions.

Frist time going. Me and my grandson. Everyone was so nice. One thing that touched me was an elderly woman needed help reading her forms and the receptionists was so kind and gentle with her reading her the questions and helping her with the forms. At the same time taking care of the phones. And being extremely kind and happy to everyone. She really seem like she liked her job. Thank you for that. We consumers dont get to see that very often. It was so nice.
