I've been going to Optimal chiropractic for 4 or 5 years now. Dr. Ashley and Randi are extremely professional and make you feel like you're a part of the family. I look forward to every appointment. Not only for the relief they both provide, but also the camaraderie. Can't leave out Terra either. She's the glue of the office. Overall, the staff is fun, courteous and professional.

They were open and available for times, got in to see the Dr fast, did not pressure me to do anything I was not comfortable with, and I no longer have shooting pain when i turn my head!!! I never leave reviews but this dr is excellent, she will set you right.

I arrived a chiropractic skeptic filled with anxiety, pain, and obstacles to daily living. I left with profound relief, hope, and determination. Thank you for caring for me, with thoughtfulness and patience, through my anxiety and skepticism. This is one of the kindest things you probably do on a regular basis. I can't thank you enough for that, but I will try: by using my regained mobility every chance I have, to celebrate movement, and love being able to exercise again! 'Life-changing' sounds so cliche, but that is the experience I had today.
