Illinois Dermatology Institute - Crown Point Office

Today was my first appointment with Illinois Dermatology Institute-Crown Point. The front office staff were very welcoming and friendly. My medical assistant was very friendly and welcoming. When I made my appointment a month ago I had 2 spots on my hairline that were worrisome. But before my appointment I accidentally scratched 1 off and the other one went away. I kept my appointment just in case. I explained this to Melanie Griem and she looked me over thoroughly. She was very kind and very knowledgeable. Then I showed her a painful bug under my bra strap. I was very pleased with Dr Kahn and his assistant Jen. They were both very good and explained all the procedures excellently . I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

I see Dr. Marlee Pratt for semi annual full body cancer checks. She is thorough and pleasant. The office staff is also very pleasant at check in/out along with room assistant. They always smile and make me feel welcome.
