Illinois Dermatology Institute - Crown Point Office

Very little waiting and was very thorough. Love this place.

Today was my first appointment with Illinois Dermatology Institute-Crown Point. The front office staff were very welcoming and friendly. My medical assistant was very friendly and welcoming. When I made my appointment a month ago I had 2 spots on my hairline that were worrisome. But before my appointment I accidentally scratched 1 off and the other one went away. I kept my appointment just in case. I explained this to Melanie Griem and she looked me over thoroughly. She was very kind and very knowledgeable. Then I showed her a painful bug under my bra strap. She froze it off and she eased my worries! I would give her a million stars if I could!! I will highly recommend Illinois Dermatology Institute-Crown Point and Melanie Griem!!! Well done!!

Receptionist was fine, nurse and nurse practitioner were not very personal, I felt rushed, in and out and my time was not important. Disappointed w experience.

Wonderful experience. Ease of appointment, friendly staff, no long wait and Marlee Pratt was thorough and answered all of my questions.

Ali and Dr. Kahn were super friendly and efficient. Everything was explained well, and it was painless.

I was very pleased with Dr Kahn and his assistant Jen. They were both very good and explained all the procedures excellently . I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

I see Dr. Marlee Pratt for semi annual full body cancer checks. She is thorough and pleasant. The office staff is also very pleasant at check in/out along with room assistant. They always smile and make me feel welcome.
