ServPro of Columbus responded immediately to the eight inches of flooding in our basement. Because of their team’s efforts, we had very little damage. The men were very thorough in explaining the process. And, they were kind! I highly recommend this service.

We contacted Servpro after our basement flooded. They were at our house less than two hours later and cleaning up. We were impressed with how easy the whole process was, from working with our insurance company to get us the best result (completely new flooring), to being in our home while we were on vacation and everything in between. We are very happy with the final result. We also used Servpro construction services to replace the baseboards and install the new flooring.
