Can not say enough good things about Dr. Forrest! Love that he takes a holistic approach to nutrition and treats the entire body. He helped me when I threw my back out a few years ago and I consistently go in for routine visits to make sure I'm staying pain free. He treats my children and lots of my personal training clients too! From elbow injuries, to backs, to ankles, they have all come back to the gym feeling better than ever!

Dr Forest is amazing. I told him I want one of the YouTube adjustments I’ve seen. That’s exactly what I received. He’s extremely knowledgeable and very easy to talk to. Explains everything in easy to understand terms. His methods are great. I haven’t felt this good in way too long. Can’t wait to go again. I plan on trying all his various methods of healing and maintenance.

After my long journey of google searches and asking for recommendations from friends/family I found Forrest Chiropractic. I'm guilty of not always having the best posture..I was constantly complaining about weird aches and pains. Being adjusted was and still is life changing! Kevin explained everything to me on my first visit and listened to my long list of concerns. Overtime he has taught me several stretches I can do at home along with how to use a foam roller. I felt immediate relief after my first visit, but felt much better after 5. It is surprising how much I can feel the difference on weeks when I don't go.
