I have have been working out at Exercise, Inc. for several years. For the last year Demetrius Bailey has been my trainer and his attention to detail and my form has resulted in measurable improvement to both strength and muscle tone. This is a great place to train and I recommend it highly. Twenty minutes a week for this kind of result cannot be beat. The method works.

Trainers are great! This is great for busy people. I work out for 20 minutes once a week. My strength has increased so much. I started leg pressing 100# now I am up to 250#! Give them a call to start your strength journey.

I started with Exercise Inc in Brownsburg in the fall of 2018 at the urging of a friend. The coach I started with was Chris Oliger, and he was fantastic - very personable and really pushed me on each machine. I must say, over these past years I have noticed a great improvement in my health and stamina, I am currently 72. Earlier this year, Chris retired, and I wasn't sure I would continue once he was gone. Chris assured me that I would really like the new coach, Demetrius Bailey. Boy, was he right!
