As a new patient, my experience has been disappointing. I visited this office for help with a nail fungus, choosing them because they were conveniently located within IU. While the doctor has been great—approachable, attentive, and genuinely willing to help—the administrative process has been frustrating.

I was ordered lab work, but getting it completed was a struggle. When I contacted the IU lab, they stated they hadn’t received the order. Meanwhile, the office assured me it had been faxed. After several back-and-forth calls, an employee finally said she would walk the order down herself. I assumed everything was taken care of, but I never received a follow-up...read full review
