My first experience with Concepts, the cabinet shop and I was completely pleased. Alyse and Alicia were easy to speak with and understood my requirements. We had to search for the appropriate counter top, but they were able to locate exactly as I described. They kept me informed of each step in the process. Cabinets and counter top were delivered in a timely fashion and the installers were professional, quiet and cleaned up after the installation. Pricing was a bit higher than I would have liked; however, I am very satisfied with the results.

We have worked with Concepts a couple times & each time has been fantastic. Alyse helped us select the perfect countertops to help upgrade our builder grade kitchen in our previous home. Alyse went above and beyond and truly made sure everything was perfect! Since we had such a great experience with Alyse and Concepts the first time, we used them again to help upgrade some aspects of our new home as well. I highly recommend Concepts, specifically Alyse!
