Somewhat disappointed in the variety or feeders for reptiles. Sometimes they look soiled to the point I feel like I need to clean them before feeding them. Also the live ( small) are OT small at all and the mice are TOO small.
However, the staff is pretty knowledgeable, friendly and efficient at most things!
Prices are reasonable. Location is definitely a plus! I do t have to drive to Fort Wayne for feeders.
I would like to see a better variety of supplies for exotics, since they do sell them.
Overall, I’m pretty happy with them.
I love this place and they have great selection. I love the self use dog wash. My only complaint is.I often have to clean it before.I use it because it's covered in dog hair.I wish people would clean up when they were done.
Chow hound has great employees when it comes to kindness, respect and helpfulness.
I went in to buy a small reptile tank for my snake to use for feeding. The one on the outside of the shelf was dirty while the inside tank was clean. I purchased the clean tank. I worried the dirty one could make my snake sick and require extra cleaning (it was advertised full price)
Other than that never had an issue at this store and enjoy shopping here for my pets
