The inspection was free which was nice since we were still deciding. Once we committed, they had a crew out within about two weeks. The whole project took three days and the communication along the way was consistent. Never felt like we were guessing about what was happening next.

From the estimate to the finished roof, everything was handled well. The team was organized and worked steady for three days straight. We're over in Crystal Lake and they had no issues with the drive. After they finished they walked us around and showed us the completed work, which I appreciated a lot.

They did a full shingle replacement on our detached garage which is only about 8 squares but still needed doing. Matched the color to the house roof pretty well considering they're different ages. The drip edge and flashing around the side door overhang are tight, and they got it done in maybe four hours start to finish

Had ice damming along the front edge last winter that messed up a good section of shingles and the gutter was pulling away from the fascia.JR’s replaced the damaged shingles,put in new gutter on that run and added better ventilation in the attic to help prevent it next year. No leaks through the springs rain so far.

We'd been getting quotes for probably three months and kept going back and forth on whether to just patch things or do the whole roof. A friend mentioned JR's so we figured one more estimate wouldn't hurt. The guy who came out was pretty straightforward about what actually needed replacing versus what could wait, which none of the other companies really did. Timeline was about what they said, maybe a day longer because of some rain mid-week. Driving around Woodstock I keep noticing other roofs now and ours holds up really well comparatively !

The office texted updates, the estimator showed photos, and the quote made sense. Once we picked a date, the crew arrived when they said they would and finished in a day. Communication stayed solid the whole time.
