The Planet Fitness in Woodstock is generally clean and adequate. Although, on two occasions there has been a male in the female locker room. This directly affects the safety of me and every female who utilizes the locker room. When I went to the front desk, they stated that “this is a judgment free zone.” I felt very uncomfortable with a 50 year old biological male hanging out in the female locker room. This is completely outrageous.

It’s a decent gym for the price, but the staff doesn’t care about the customers. They don’t intervene when men go into the girls locker room because they say it’s a “judgement free zone”. It makes us uncomfortable and the staff doesn’t care enough to do anything about it.

This is place where we always looking for. Clean ,spacious ,and extremely friendly stuff. I think you can use this a great example for different locations. Congratulations for management and of course for this stuff. Two thumbs up

It's actually the first place in the area that I've found I like to work out at... At the times or day I typically exercise, the crowds are pretty minimal, and even at peak times the building is large enough that things don't feel cramped. The day staff (at least) is excellent (friendly and hard-working) and all machines function and are well-maintained. As well, the floors are vacuumed consistently enough where everything appears cleanly and orderly. Also, this PF has a lot of treadmills and quite a few ellipticals, which makes rush hours much more pleasant.

You really need a membership in order to use their bathroom. That’s crazy work. I wonder if I need a Taco Bell membership to use their bathroom

First time here last night and let me tell you it was excellent! Amazing customer service. My guest i brought with forgot his phone and had a new number yet they were still determined to get him in, they were very nice and worked a way to get him signed up quickly. I had blast working out and I'm excited for my fitness journey. Very easy to sign up, no hassle. You can purchase a membership on their website, after that download the Planet fitness app and you check in with that, you can purchase drinks through your account and all in all it was a great expirence! Highly recommend!

I don’t recommend going to this place at all! It’s disgusting and dirty and the people that work here are impatient and rude and have no good customer service skills absolutely terrible and RUDE!! Definitely rate this place -0 out of 10
