Gabriella did my hair and she is so good! I love her haircuts and she styles hair so nice!! Liz is also great at doing hair!. Please don’t listen to negative people. The salón is so nice ❤️🥰

I’m disappointed by your response. I came in expecting a professional experience.I politely expressed my concerns, and rather than addressing them respectfully, you responded with personal insults and accusations that are completely false and inappropriate.

Calling a customer “racist” without any basis is not only harmful but completely unacceptable. I’ve never disrespected you or anyone in your shop. Also, making comments about body odor is unprofessional and frankly shocking from someone representing a business.

I understand not every customer-business relationship is a perfect fit, but there are better ways to handle feedback — even critical feedback — than attacking someone personally. I hope you choose to respond to future concerns with more professionalism.
I own the business and as a business owner you cannot tell anybody racist without knowing them.I can take legal action against to you by your reply but i don’t want to do that.I will let other customers decide after you replied me like this.

‼️‼️This was my first time but honestly i didn’t like it at all first thing is outside was 90 and the ac was not working at all.and second thing the stylist doesn’t know how to cut the hair i think she was new and they charge me just for simple cut no style $43.the great clips is better for $43 without style and anything. They don’t even apart my hair from the middle.for the owner if you hire someone than it’s your responsibility to ask the customer.don’t experiment on customers.The second thing they don’t have credit card machine or no menu price they just charge you whatever they want.very disappointed.
Never ever go back again.even in orland park high end salon that i used to go don’t charge that much even if you charge just give better customer service.my hair is thick or thin if you charge that much price than do your work.‼️‼️the salon was dirty as well.after cutting my hair she don’t even clean anything the hair was on my hand and my neck.

Liz has been cutting hair for my family for the past 30 years!!! She is absolutely amazing and can make your hair look great! 1000% recommend for anyone looking for highlights, haircuts, etc.

Liz is amazing! I enjoyed my experience.. and she is awesome with hair! She knew exactly what I wanted and gave me that and better! Highly recommend! And you can feel her experience in how she interacts with you hair.. and you can see she loves what she does with the results! I got a haircut, styling, highlights and toning and deep conditioning.. my hair is so shiny and soft..

After moving to Woodridge it has taken me several years to finally find someone near by that I can trust with my hair. Liz understood everything that I wanted and cut my hair beautifully and precisely. She is very welcoming and makes her guests feel right at home. I sent my husband to her as well and she does a phenomenal job. I trust her enough to cut my toddlers hair as well. Thank you Liz! We are so happy to have stumbled upon you and ur shop :)

Had a great first haircut but then didn’t have a good experience with getting fades my next two time.
