Midwest works in conjunction with the Camera Crew of City of Joliet water department. The camera crews diagnoses your problem, and Midwest fixes it and works at it till it all right. We have used them several times at Will County Baptist Temple and recommend them whole-heartedly.

Really good service. Better than roto rooter or Mr rooter. Still a little pricey. But getting the line cleared is always pricey. Guys were willing to come back next day to wait for shutoff valve removal to finish the job.

They were very easy to get a hold of and quick to provide us with a quote and all the information on what they would provide with the service we were requesting. The two young men who performed the service were on-time, professional, friendly, and kind, and they did not leave any mess in the home (hugely important to us). Definitely a good experience.
