We had Customwood do a complete remodel on our bathroom in 2019. From our initial contact with designer Cathy, the three contractors who did the work, through to end of project follow up, we had a great experience. I'm and pleased with how the bathroom turned out and the contractors willingness to disrupt our lives as little as possible during construction was appreciated! We will contact them next year for our kitchen remodel!

Dorothie and her design vision was top notch. We had our kitchen completely gutted 2 years ago and our kitchen turned out fabulous.THEN we had both bathrooms completely remodeled and of course we used the same company. So glad we did! Our bathrooms are STUNNING. Friends and family rave about the beauty of the bathrooms, the design and custom construction. Its a show piece for sure.Dorothie's construction team -- Quality First Construction -- is amazing. They are friendly, professional, respectful and on time! Ken, Jerry and Michael are first class. In the fall of 2016 we contacted Customwood Kitchens about a project. Designer Dorothie came to our house, and listened as we explained our vision and preferences. She then measured carefully, offered suggestions for countertops, cabinets, etc. She mindfully drew up plans and a proposal, including all of the detailed specs we desired. We signed, and the project began. We were very pleased with the communication throughout the project. Their carpenter, Ken, was fabulous. He worked diligently with his crew of Scott and Jerry to get everything to our liking.
