I was referred to Preferred Plumbing by my elderly neighbor who has called on them for many years. (She's very particular so I figured anyone she uses must be good.) I had a sudden clog on my sink drain that I couldn't remedy with my personal drain snake. Mike, at Preferred Plumbing took my call, was very personable and polite, and scheduled service with a Plumber at my door within an hour! Plumber Russ arrived, was very polite & friendly, and went to work. This was a stubborn clog which took him multiple attempts. THREE TIME'S A CHARM! The services that we receive from Dr. Johnson are excellent. the staff are friendly and ensure that I am properly informed about my health and appointments go well. I have recommended him to many of my friendly and friends and he takes great care of them as well.
