I came to Serenity to help me find care for my grandparents and the office staff was very attentive and professional. This office is by far the best one in the region that I’ve ever visited providing this services. I feel extremely confident and excited to bring my grandparents in and have them get the best care possible.

Very professional and polite. Very helpful and informative as well. Sendy Correa, the client coordinator and training and on boarding, was very friendly and fast paced with helping me with on boarding while customers were coming in and phones were ringing at the same time. She never panicked or felt defeated. Definitely happy to be a part of the team.
