This is an extremely difficult review to write.
My fur baby (17, beagle) HATES going to the vet. He’s always hesitant to be touched and normally screams while there. Since he’s a senior and then some dog, most vets get impatient due to how anxious/stressed and painful he can be. This was not the case at Warrenville Grove Animal Hospital.
The service from the front desk staff, vet techs, Tracy, and vets was 5 stars (from my husband, myself, and our fur baby). We were treated with empathy, patience, and the highest level of care. Brought in my 2 frenchie puppies. Dr. Miner was very thorough and explain everything to us. The staff was beyond friendly and helpful. So happy, we chose them to be our puppies healthcare center.
I had to contact this clinic urgently at 7:30am because my dog swallowed something that couldn’t be digested and needed to safely throw it up. I called the clinic and they immediately told me to come in. They were very polite, explained everything and helped us so quickly. I’m very grateful, the staff is super kind and you can really tell they love their job and the animals they care for
