I always wanted to get into a combat sport but i was very nervous in going to the gym. I heard about Top Notch and i wanted to give it a try and i absolutely love it. The environment here is very welcoming, im able to train with people who have way more experience than me and they are good to work with especially since i dont have the same experience. Finding the right gear for me was also a little hard but Mac who is the owner has very good gear for good prices. Overall this gym is awesome and if you are someone like me who is nervous to start, i recommend coming to Top Notch and train with the best.

Great gym, great training partners and competent owner. Everyone is humble despite level of expertise . As long as you check your ego at the door, this is a great place to learn, grow and develop. What I love vs most MMA gyms, Top Notch has a Full gym that can be utilized (workout equipment-bench, dumbbells, squat rack, TRX, ETC) to compliment the full MMA layout. Which consist of wrestling mats, grappling dummies, punch bags, accompanied by a caged octagon. All a apart of the gym membership. Give it a try risk free prior to spending any $.I live in Lyons IL, its worth the travel for me. Great programs for kids as well.

Love this place been coming here for two years. I've tried other places but nothing feels more like home than top notch. They have amazing trainers and the people who go there are like family. Great atmosphere to improve yourself and gain confidence

Top Notch is a phenomenal gym. Great down to earth no nonsense environment where the athletes come to put the work in. This place is a no frills joint based on grit, discipline and respectful reverence for the martial arts. The Coaching Staff is 100% experienced, professional and dedicated on point with their TEAM. There is a TRUE brotherhood in this special place. Grateful for my sons to be able to come up in this gym with positive role models. Thanks Coach Herc Hayes and Top Notch!!!
