We ended up choosing Lakehouse Heating and Cooling for a new HVAC system. We got quotes from a few family owned companies all of which seemed nice and trustworthy. But Dennis and Tony stood out from the crowd. They were communicative, upfront with pricing and honest. You can tell when you meet them they are good guys. The system is so quiet that I can’t tell it’s on, and I like the build quality of the outdoor air conditioning unit. They took their time installing the system and didn’t rush through the job. You can’t beat a company where the two owners are spending two days at your house to install your HVAC system and yet have the best price.
We were very glad we chose Lakehouse furnace repair. Dennis, the owner was on time, honest, friendly, helpful, and very competent. Our furnace was shutting down and he isolated the trouble and made the necessary repairs to get the furnace running again. I can’t say enough good things about Dennis. I truly appreciate the wonderful service I received at a price within my budget. I highly recommend him and I will spread the word to my family and friends that if you need repairs done quickly, efficiently, and highly professionally they should call Dennis at Lakehouse, heating and air conditioning. Dennis and Tony were amazing. They replaced our sump and battery backup pump. The small space that they had to work in made me nervous that it could be an impossible task. But they really hit it out of the park! Got the job done quickly and efficiently. They were not only on time, but a little bit early. They were kind and courteous and made me feel at ease right away.
