Unfortunately I had to plan three funerals in five months. Three different funeral homes. Brady Gill by far was the easiest, most professional, most compassionate of them all. I hope I don't have to plan another for a very long time but if I do it will be with them.
We used Brady Gill for 5 of my family member's funerals over the years. Some employees retired but there is still the same level of professionalism and caring and compassion with the new employees. Tyler was most professional and took care of all the arrangements and went over and above what my family could ask for. I didn't make final decisions but was there the entire time helping my family and witnessed first hand how everything was taken care of by the Brady Gill crew. Would give 10 stars if I could.
I can't say enough good things about the entire staff and the experience I had at Brady Gill. They were the most accommodating, caring, professional, and kind people I've dealt with in a long time. From start to finish they went above and beyond to ensure my father's celebration of life service went exactly the way I wanted it to. All of the guests at my father's service kept telling me what a beautiful event it was from the room my father was in to the slideshow they had playing to the cafeteria we all ate in. Brady Gill really made my father's cremation process and celebration of life easier to deal with and I highly recommend their services.
