1st American Builder of Chicago did a fantastic job on my windows! Jim answered all my questions, and I didn't have to sit through hours of a sales pitch. I said what I wanted, he followed the rules set about coloring and type with my condo association, gave me a great price, and the set-up to get it all done was quick and easy. The installer, Pete, did a great job and even fixed the caulk to my satisfaction. He is the high standard of a small business that my Dad taught me to always look for and hire. I would definitely recommend them if you are in need of windows.

1st American builder of Chicago Inc. replaced our roof, gutters, siding, and bathroom window on our house! We also had them regrout our main bathroom. We are beyond happy with all the work that was done, the crew was amazing! James Halikas stopped by to make sure we were happy several times each day! It was so nice having someone we could trust. We highly recommend Jim and his team!

Jim was awesome to work with! Jim is an old school guy - says what he means and means what he says. I appreciate that. Jim's guys did a great job rebuilding my deck staircase - first rate craftsmanship! They also did some concrete and tuck pointing work which was also extremely well done. Communication was great throughout the entire process. I wouldn't hesitate to call on Jim again. Highly recommend!!!

1st American Builders of Chicago, Inc. replaced our roof. They came out and gave us an estimate which was very fair. Jim is kind and courteous, a real nice guy and knows his stuff. They did an excellent job. They are neat, pick up after themselves and were there when they said they would be. We liked them so much we had Jim roof our daughters house as well.
