Shannon was able to fix a mistake that was done by a stylist at another company. I was nervous and she put me at ease. Everyone there is so nice. Shannon did the most fantastic job. I love my hair again - thank you Shannon.

I took my 15yo daughter for a Shampoo & Haircut. We arrived as a walk-in appt and her service began within 5 minutes of our arrival. The service was quick, friendly & my daughter is ecstatic about her new 'do' ???

I have been going to smartstyle for over 5 years and I won't be going back. The prices have gotten way too high for the quality of the hair cut. Also you can't walk in anymore and get a trim. You have to make an appointment. It seem like the stylist are gossiping and complaining too much.
