The people they have working here are great.They simply don't have enough people. They are severely understaffed. There's no way management can't know about this.

I recently had my yearly physical. I was pleasantly surprised at how much time my doctor spent meeting with me during my appointment. However, I am very displeased that upon reviewing my bill I saw that I had an office/outpatient established patient (30-39 minutes) add on charge. I find it very frustrating that in order to have a thorough appointment with my doctor, I now have to pay $144.68 out of pocket. My insurance did cover the normal amount billed for the preventive visit.

My son has been going there since his was born and is now 5. Dr. M Morker is amazing. Her nurse (Kelly I do believe her name is) is always so kind and so good with my son. Today I called to receive a copy of his physical from last year and Ruby helped me on the phone and she was just the most pleasant person I've had the pleasure of dealing with! She was so positive and really a genuinely kind person. Keep up the good work I'm so pleased with my services.

After so many struggles for hubby aptTammy Jerald went above and beyond to make it right. Was on it and called me back to make sure it happen!! We need more Tammy’s her patient service was above and beyond!! Thanks Tammy

Some great providers & even greater nurses. BUT ... the clinic is closed over the noon hour, the one time during the day that I can actually call to try to schedule appointments. Surely they could manage to have one phone representative scheduling appointments over the noon hour?2022 update: since NM, it's almost worse. Now your calls go to a centralized call center first, and it still takes forever to be answered and even longer to be acted on. Not the providers' fault, it's an overburdened system.

I was there to see my foot doctor, Dr Thomas Dwyer. He was great!! Examined my feet and told me in very clear language what he was doing with each procedure. He spent adequate time and I didn't feel rushed. I would, definitely recommend him for your foot care!!

My doctor's practice closed and she came here. When I called for an appointment the scheduler verified my phone, address and insurance information (so clearly I am in their system) and then informed me I was considered a new patient and couldn't get an appointment for over 5 MONTHS!!!! I am not a new patient. What a horrible policy!! If you take my doctor on, you should take her patients as well.To add insult to injury, she offered a sooner appointment with another doctor on staff. Ummm..no thanks. I will never visit your practice.

Frustrated with Northwestern Medecine again. 9:15 appointment at 9:40 asked a nurse about the status of my appointment. She asked who my Dr is and then informed me that there were three in rooms waiting to see the Dr and three more ahead of me. They have a board with the Dr's names on the wall and the status of their appts which stated they were all on time. When I mentioned it she laughed and said they just put that out there. You just have to expect to wait when you come here! Very frustrating that Northwestern Medicine respects it's patients time so little!
