Staff if completely rude
Very professional, compassionate and helpful on this very difficult time.
My step dad passed away doing the beginning of the pandemic and wasn’t able to have a funeral. Only 10 was allowed to view him through a glass and he was tested negative for it. I thought the same thing will happen to my father, which also tested negative.They allowed us to have a funeral of 50 people inside the building and more can come but they’ll have to rotate. We went over by 5 not thinking babies was counted and they let us all stay without rotation. When it ended they didn’t rush us to leave, we knew the time we had to leave.
