This is the worst facility I’ve been in contact with in a while. My first appointment I was given was three weeks out no problem 2 1/2 weeks in they call me to reschedule…. For three months away!! I suffer from several mental disabilities that they are extremely aware of.I am in between doctors and they are aware of that as well which means I’m not getting my medication at all. i’ve been here countless times because my doctor can’t fully meet my needs with my medication and everytime i come here i get a therapist in order to see a psychiatrist and the therapists are just horrible ! you’ll get one and you think it’s going well and they up and leave and give you a new one it’s by far the most ridiculous thing i’ve ever encountered . all the therapists i’ve ever had here genuinely don’t listen to what i’ve got to say and they treat me like i’m a 7 year old who doesn’t truly know what they’re talking about , i get told the same things on repeat and i just relive my trauma ! people have no idea what that does to a person and...read full review

When the main MBHC denied me access to a counselor due to them finding out six months later that I was "out of network". They suggested this place. OMGawd, what a horrible environment and a horrid experience. Extremely unprofessional. They must have had to scrape from the gutters to find the clowns that work here. I came back every time in person when they kept assigning me a different counselor, hoping that it would be different. It's a shocker that they lack the training to understand that each time you speak with a new counselor, your reliving that trauma over again. That is the worst thing you can do to a person who has made the effort to seek help for themselves....read full review
