My husband dropped off my giant down winter coat for it's first cleaning after 4 years. I was expecting a phone call to let me know it was done. I never received one but after two weeks of forgetting about it. I called, it was ready. I picked it up and it's cleaner than it was when I bought it! I had a purple paint splotch on the front they got out. I was impressed. I would use them again in the future
